MYNA Canada is the ultimate platform for Muslim youth aged 12-18. The youth-led initiative is dedicated to serving Muslim youth through diverse programs, camps, retreats, and leadership training.
Established in 1985, the Muslim Youth of North America began as it currently runs: as an organization for the youth, by the youth. The realization that its youth––the growing and vibrant, yet marginalized and neglected segment of Muslim North America––were without the means and opportunity to channel and cultivate their talents and energies in a truly impacting and Islamic fashion led to the inception of an idea, an idea that inspired a determined group of youth to organize programs at ISNA conventions and conferences.
Since 1985, the Muslim Youth of North America (MYNA) has consistently championed the cause of young Muslims across the continent. This year, we are thrilled to bring our dynamic mission to Alberta. MYNA Alberta will focus on empowering local youth, offering them unique opportunities to connect, develop their skills, and positively influence their communities.
